Terms of Use

Last reviewed: 22 August 2026. These beta terms describe the current IntelliVision browser/PWA product. The responsible legal entity, registered address, governing-law choice and official support contact are pending owner confirmation and must be published before paid or commercial launch.

Commercial status: the multi-region free beta is enabled. Paid plans, subscriptions, hardware orders and payment processing are disabled. No amount is due and no plan can be activated through this release.

1. What is available

The current product is an offline-first POS and business workspace that stores operational records in the browser on the device until an optional connected feature is explicitly enabled. The active region determines the displayed currency, language and tax defaults; the merchant remains responsible for checking local requirements.

2. Beta limitations

Features marked Coming soon, preview, draft or not enabled are not promises of availability.
Vision screens and integrations may be design previews; they must not be treated as live camera, payment, filing or notification services.
The hardware catalogue is reference-only. It does not accept orders, reserve stock or provide bank details.
Back up exported records before clearing a browser or device. Local data can be lost if the device, browser profile or storage is damaged.

3. Acceptable use and responsibility

You must use the product lawfully, protect your device and staff credentials, obtain required employee/customer consent, and verify tax, payroll, privacy, licensing and sector obligations for your region. IntelliVision is not a tax, legal, accounting or payment advisor.

4. Paid services and hardware

No paid service, subscription or hardware sale is currently offered. When a commercial service is approved, the applicable price, currency, tax treatment, renewal, cancellation, service levels, delivery and refund terms will be shown before any commitment. Do not transfer money based on draft screens.

5. Changes and termination

The beta may change, be paused or be withdrawn while the owner completes regional, legal and operational readiness. You may stop using the local product and delete its browser data at any time, subject to your own backup and record-retention duties.

6. Contact and legal details

The official responsible entity, Information Officer and support channel are not yet confirmed. This is a release blocker for paid processing and will be filled from verified owner records before commercial launch. Until then, use the local help and export tools and do not submit sensitive information through an unverified channel.
